Fees

PreApp charges a Service Fee of 5% of the agreed fee for each project. All fees are GST inclusive. Other fees may apply, including:

• Base Listing
• Featured Listing
• Sealed Bidding
• Hide Projects from Search Engine
• Membership

How to complain

Disputes can be raised through the platform. PreApp will try to resolve disputes in the first instance as a neutral third party facilitator. If disputes cannot be resolved through the platform they will be referred to a dispute resolution service.

General

All prices are to be in New Zealand Dollars. The PreApp website will maintain a valid SSL Certificate. Payments are made using Stripe and Stripe Connect. New Zealand laws apply to all transactions.
